We specialise in affordable, quality, fully-furnished houses and flats for students. We have a portfolio of Exeter student accommodation in prime locations for the main Exeter University Streatham campus, St Luke’s College, and the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. All properties are available to groups of students.

Our properties are regularly decorated to a high standard, with modern fitted kitchens and attractive, stylish furniture. All our houses provide excellent facilities, are light, spacious and are always in great demand. 

We provide a friendly, professional and prompt accommodation service with a rapid response to all queries. We maintain regular contact with our occupants and sort out any problems promptly.

All our houses are fully compliant with the latest HMO requirements and are regularly inspected for gas, electrical, and portable appliance safety. All our houses are checked by a professional fire alarm company twice a year and once a month by the George/maintenance man.
