All Houses are now LET but we do have availablility for our student flats.
We specialise in letting affordable, quality, fully-furnished houses and flats to students. We have a portfolio of Exeter student accommodation in prime locations for the main Exeter University Streatham campus, St Luke’s College, and the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. All properties can be rented on joint tenancy agreement for groups of students.

All our houses are fully compliant with the latest HMO requirements and are regularly inspected for gas, electrical, and portable appliance safety. All our houses are checked by a professional fire alarm company twice a year and once a month by the landlord/maintenance man.
